Our core deal flow is weatherproof, essential sectors such as convenience stores, brand name coffee, quick service food outlets, day nurseries, veterinary practices and light automotive centres. We seek strong locations , providing residual value and retailers of everyday products and essential services.

Owing to our background in structuring income-driven investments, we typically seek properties backed by:

  • National operators and blue-chip covenants

  • Brand new leases of 15 to 25 years

  • Inflation proof RPI or CPI linked rent reviews

In contrast to a traditional agency, Trovant operate almost exclusively on a pre-market and off-market basis. Via our vendor network, we aim to secure the best assets within our preferred sectors prior to wider marketing.
